The warm hospitality from the host was commendable.
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several challenges. The pillows were disappointingly flat, leaving me restless at night. Additionally, the few stairs to navigate with luggage were quite cumbersome after a tiring day. It would’ve been nice to have a more straightforward check-in process, as it felt a bit daunting carrying bags up those steps.

Pietre di Mare offers a charming stay in Monterosso. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and local cafes. I loved the spacious room stocked with complimentary drinks, tea, and coffee. The powerful shower was a real treat. The host, Moreno, made everything special. he was welcoming and engaging, even cooking for us. The restaurant below serves excellent meals. One drawback was the pillows. they felt flat, though I could have asked for replacements. Also, the few steps to the property can be cumbersome if carrying luggage, but it’s manageable. Overall, it's a lovely place to unwind after exploring the town.

A few steps up from Main Street can be a hassle if you're lugging bags, especially after a long day. Additionally, the evening noise from the lively street may disturb light sleepers!!! Consider quieter options for sensitive souls!!!

Couple looking for a cozy retreat
The location was perfect, right in the old town. Moreno, the owner, was polite and went out of his way to. We enjoyed a lovely bottle of wine and cold beers waiting for us in the room. It felt like a personal touch that you just don’t get everywhere.
It wasn’t cheap, but honestly, it was worth every penny.

Exceptional hospitality and perfect location!
The stay was remarkable, with the owner Moreno going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The apartment was super clean and just a short walk from the beach, while the restaurant downstairs served one of the best meals we had in Italy! The complimentary drinks in the fridge were a nice touch. One thing to improve could be the check-in process, as it required navigating a few steps up.
